Interlocking Foam Flooring for Exercise Areas

The BM-PM1 uses an interlocking format, allowing compatible foam sections to be connected together.

This design makes it possible to arrange flooring across a designated exercise space. Buyers should check the number of included sections and their assembled dimensions before ordering.

The EVA foam construction provides a softer surface than a bare hard floor, although the source does not provide tested impact absorption, slip resistance or maximum equipment load ratings.

10mm EVA Foam Construction

Each listed mat section has a thickness of 1cm (10mm).

This foam layer may be suitable for general fitness activities where a softer exercise surface is preferred. However, the supplied specifications do not establish suitability for dropped weights, heavy gym machines or other high-impact applications.

For these uses, check the manufacturer's load and impact guidance before purchasing.

Choosing the Right Floor Coverage

The source provides two sets of measurements:

Individual section: 30 × 30 × 1cm.

Additional overall dimensions: 182cm long × 92cm wide × 1cm high.

The listing does not explain whether the larger measurements refer to an assembled mat set, packaging or another product configuration.

Before ordering, confirm the quantity of interlocking sections included and the actual assembled coverage. This is particularly important when planning flooring for a specific room or exercise area.
