Description:

Heavy Duty Interlocking Gym Floor Mats – Pack of 10

The  Heavy Duty Interlocking Gym Floor Mats are designed for gym and fitness flooring, providing a modular rubber surface for training areas. Supplied as a pack of 10 black square mats, they feature an interlocking design that allows individual sections to connect into a larger floor covering.

The mats are advertised at approximately 3ft × 3ft per section, making them suitable for planning larger exercise areas with fewer individual pieces. The source also identifies a low-pattern surface and rubber construction.

These mats are marketed for weightlifting, strength training, boxing, yoga and other fitness activities. Exact dimensions and thickness should be confirmed before ordering because the supplied specifications contain conflicting measurements.

Features & Benefits

Pack of 10 mats: Supplied as a set of ten interlocking gym flooring sections.

Rubber construction: Provides a rubber floor covering for designated training areas.

Interlocking design: Allows adjoining mats to connect and form a larger flooring layout.

Large square format: Approximately 3ft × 3ft per mat, reducing the number of individual sections required for larger spaces.

Heavy-duty product design: Advertised for gym and training environments, although no tested load capacity is supplied.

Low-pattern surface: Features a relatively understated surface pattern.

Black finish: Provides a consistent appearance across connected flooring sections.

Multiple fitness applications: Marketed for weightlifting, boxing, strength training, yoga and general gym activities.

Interlocking Rubber Flooring for Training Spaces

The interlocking design allows individual rubber mats to connect, creating a continuous arrangement across a designated exercise area.

Each section is approximately 3ft square, making this format useful when covering larger spaces without handling numerous small tiles.

The source does not specify the exact interlocking edge design, whether finishing strips are supplied or whether additional fixing is required.

Before installation, check that the underlying surface is suitable and that the mats will remain securely positioned during the intended activities.

Rubber Gym Mats for Fitness and Strength Training

These mats are advertised for a range of gym activities, including weightlifting, boxing, yoga and high-intensity interval training.

The rubber construction provides a flooring layer between the training area and the underlying surface.

However, the listing does not provide tested shock absorption, slip resistance, compression strength or maximum load figures.

For dropped weights, heavy gym machines or other demanding applications, confirm the appropriate flooring thickness and performance requirements before purchasing.

Floor Coverage and Measuring Guidance

The pack contains 10 mats, but the source gives two different metric sizes:

At 900 × 900mm, each mat has a nominal area of 0.81m², giving 8.10m² for ten mats.

At 910 × 910mm, each mat has a nominal area of 0.8281m², giving 8.281m² for ten mats.

These figures are calculations based on the alternative source dimensions, not confirmed installed coverage.

Interlocking edges may also affect the final assembled dimensions. Confirm the exact mat size before calculating how many packs your floor requires.

Choosing the Right Gym Flooring

When selecting these mats, consider the type of training, the equipment being used and the dimensions of the available floor area.

The source describes the mats as heavy-duty, but does not provide the technical ratings needed to establish suitability for particular weights or impact levels.

It also lists both 14mm and 16mm thicknesses without identifying separate product variants. The actual supplied thickness should be verified before purchase.
