Absorbent Entrance Mat for Dirt and Moisture Control

The mat features a water-absorbent surface intended to collect moisture and loose debris from footwear.

Positioning it at an entrance provides a dedicated area for wiping shoes before walking onto surrounding floors.

The source describes the mat as thick , although it does not provide a numerical thickness, absorption capacity or independently tested wear-resistance rating.

Non-Slip Nitrile Rubber Backing

The nitrile rubber backing is designed to help keep the mat in position during normal use.

This is particularly relevant at entrances where people regularly walk across the same area.

Actual grip depends on the floor surface and surrounding conditions. No independently tested slip-resistance classification is provided.

For sensitive flooring, check the flooring manufacturer's recommendations before using rubber-backed mats.

Choosing the Right Entrance Mat

At 80 × 120cm, this mat covers approximately 0.96m², making it suitable for consideration in wider entrance areas.

The listing identifies restaurants, offices, schools and universities as potential locations. However, it does not provide a formal commercial traffic rating, so suitability for particularly demanding installations should be assessed separately.

Before ordering, measure the available floor area and check the clearance beneath nearby doors.

Only the grey 80 × 120cm option is confirmed in the supplied listing.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The source does not provide manufacturer-approved cleaning instructions.

Regular removal of accumulated loose dirt is sensible general maintenance for an entrance mat.

Machine washing, pressure washing and tumble drying should not be assumed suitable without confirmation from the manufacturer.
