Large Dirt-Trapping Mat for Entrances

The 120 × 180cm barrier mat offers a larger floor-covering area than a standard compact doormat.

Its dimensions make it suitable for consideration in wider entrances, hallways, office areas and other spaces where a smaller mat would provide limited coverage.

The polyester textile surface is described as a dirt catcher, making it useful for collecting loose debris brought indoors on footwear.

The source does not provide measured dirt-retention capacity, moisture absorption or durability ratings.

Polyester and Rubber Construction

This barrier mat is made using polyester and rubber materials.

The polyester component forms the textile surface, while rubber is also identified in the product's material specification. However, the listing does not confirm the exact arrangement or construction of the rubber component.

The mat is advertised as anti-slip, but no independently tested slip-resistance rating is supplied.

Actual grip may vary depending on the underlying flooring and surrounding conditions.

Choosing the Right Size and Placement

Before ordering, measure the intended floor area to confirm that the 120 × 180cm mat will fit comfortably.

The rectangular dimensions provide substantial coverage for wider spaces. For narrow hallways, check both the available width and the position of nearby doors.

The stated 10mm thickness is particularly important where doors open over the mat.

Although the listing mentions both indoor and outdoor locations, it does not confirm weather-resistance specifications for prolonged outdoor exposure.

Only one size, 120 × 180cm, is established in the supplied product information.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The  barrier mat is advertised as washable, dryable and easy to clean.

Regular removal of accumulated loose dirt is sensible general maintenance for a textile entrance mat.

However, the listing does not provide approved washing temperatures, cleaning methods or drying instructions.

Check the manufacturer's guidance before machine washing or tumble drying. The mat's large dimensions should also be considered when assessing washing-machine capacity.
