Non-Slip Backing for Hard Flooring

The Ibiza barrier mat is designed for use on common household flooring surfaces, including tiles, linoleum, laminate and wood.

Its anti-slip backing is intended to help reduce movement when people walk across the mat, making it relevant for entrance areas and other regularly used rooms.

The original description refers to both rubber and latex backing. The exact backing composition requires confirmation, particularly for buyers who need to avoid specific materials.

No independently tested slip-resistance classification is provided. Grip can vary depending on the floor finish and surface conditions.

Striped Polypropylene Surface

The machine-tufted polypropylene surface gives the Ibiza mat its textile appearance and striped design.

Polypropylene is used for the mat's pile, while the backing provides a separate floor-contact layer.

The product is advertised as stain-resistant and antistatic, although no performance test results are included in the source.

Its grey colour is confirmed in the structured specifications. The description mentions other colours, but individual alternative colour options are not identified.

Available Sizes and Selection Guidance

The Ibiza entrance mat is listed in two sizes:

40 × 60cm: A smaller option for compact entrances or areas with limited floor space.

60 × 80cm: A larger option for entrances where additional floor coverage is preferred.

Both sizes are listed under the same product range. However, the source does not establish whether every specification is identical across both variants.

Measure the intended location before ordering, particularly where the mat will sit close to an opening door.

The pile height is inconsistent in the original listing, so the mat's overall thickness and suitability for low-clearance doors should be confirmed.

Suitable Areas and Cleaning

The mat is marketed for heavy domestic use and is relevant for hallways, kitchens, foyers and other indoor areas.

Its easy-clean feature makes it a practical choice for everyday household maintenance, but the source does not provide a specific washing method.

Before cleaning, check the manufacturer's instructions for permitted detergents, washing temperatures and drying methods.

Although underfloor heating compatibility is mentioned in the original description, the listing does not provide temperature limits or supporting specifications. Compatibility should be confirmed before placing the mat over heated flooring.
