Ribbed Surface for Dirt Control

The polypropylene surface features a ribbed construction intended to catch dirt and debris from shoes.

This makes the mat suitable for consideration near entrances where footwear regularly brings loose dirt indoors.

The listing describes the mat as hard-wearing and suitable for heavy footfall, although no measured traffic rating or abrasion-resistance results are provided.

Non-Slip Rubber Backing

The mat features rubber backing designed to help keep it positioned during everyday use.

The source lists tiles, lino, laminate and wooden flooring as suitable surfaces. However, actual grip and floor-finish compatibility may vary.

Before use, ensure the mat lies flat and check that the backing is suitable for your particular floor, especially on delicate or treated surfaces.

Choosing a Mat for Your Space

The smaller 40 × 60cm, 45 × 75cm and 50 × 90cm options are worth considering for individual doorways.

The 60 × 180cm and 80 × 300cm sizes offer longer coverage for corridors or hallway runner positions. The wider 80 × 150cm and 120 × 150cm options may suit larger entrance areas.

Measure the available space before ordering and allow sufficient clearance around doors and walking routes.

Although outdoor use is advertised, the source does not confirm suitability for prolonged exposure to rain, standing water or extreme weather.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The barrier mat is described as washable and easy to clean.

For routine maintenance, remove accumulated loose dirt and follow the manufacturer's recommended cleaning instructions.

The listing does not confirm machine-washing suitability, washing temperature or approved drying methods.
