Description:

Heavy Duty Oil Absorbent Mat Roll 15" × 50' – Polypropylene

Manage oil leaks, drips and liquid spills with this Heavy Duty Oil Absorbent Mat Roll, designed for industrial workspaces, garages, workshops and machinery maintenance areas.

Made from 6 oz thermally bonded polypropylene, the absorbent material is designed to take up oils and other liquids while resisting tearing during use.

Supplied in a 15-inch-wide, 50-foot-long roll (approximately 38.1cm × 15.24m), it features perforations that allow users to separate sections according to the area being covered or the size of the spill.

Features & Benefits

Thermally bonded polypropylene: The 6 oz material is designed to resist ripping and tearing, including when saturated.

Absorbent fine-fibre construction: Advertised to absorb oils, coolants and water.

Perforated roll format: Allows sections to be separated for individual cleaning tasks.

Flexible floor coverage: Can be positioned beneath machinery to collect drips or used to absorb spills in work areas.

Suitable for industrial applications: Marketed for garages, workshops and environments where equipment leaks occur.

Convenient roll dimensions: The 15-inch width is useful for targeted coverage rather than covering an entire floor.

Adaptable material usage: Users can separate the amount required instead of using a full-length sheet for smaller tasks.

Absorbent Material for Oil and Liquid Spills

This polypropylene absorbent roll is intended for collecting leaks, drips and spills around equipment and working areas.

Its fine-fibre construction is advertised to draw in liquids, including oil, coolant and water. The thermally bonded material is also described as resistant to tearing when wet.

The roll can be positioned beneath machinery where leaks occur or separated into smaller sections for individual cleaning tasks.

The listing does not specify a measured absorption capacity, so the quantity required will depend on the liquid involved and the extent of the spill.

Perforated Roll for Flexible Use

Unlike fixed-size absorbent pads, this product is supplied as a continuous 50-foot roll with easy-tear perforations.

This format allows users to select sections for particular work areas without needing to handle the entire roll.

At approximately 38.1cm wide, it is suited to narrow equipment spaces, workbench areas and targeted spill-cleaning applications.

The source does not specify the distance between perforations or the number of individual sections available.

Choosing the Right Absorbent Roll

This product is advertised for oils, coolants and water, making it relevant for general workshop and industrial liquid management.

Before purchasing, confirm that its absorbency and material compatibility are appropriate for the liquids used in your workplace.

Although the source refers to reducing slipping hazards, this is an absorbent material rather than a tested anti-slip floor mat. It should not be treated as a substitute for suitable workplace flooring or spill-control procedures.

Used absorbent material should be handled and disposed of according to the substances collected and applicable waste-management requirements.
