Interlocking EVA Foam Flooring for Home Gyms

The  exercise mat set uses square puzzle tiles that join together to form a larger floor covering.

This modular arrangement allows buyers to plan a workout area around their available space rather than relying on a single large exercise mat.

The product is advertised as providing 96 sq ft of coverage across 24 tiles. This is equivalent to an average of 4 sq ft per tile, but the actual length and width of each tile have not been confirmed.

Before ordering, measure your intended exercise area and verify the tile dimensions to ensure the assembled layout will fit.

Raised-Pattern Surface for Exercise Areas

Each mat is described as having a raised surface pattern with non-slip properties.

The textured design is intended to provide contact between the user and the mat during exercise, while the EVA foam material forms the underlying floor covering.

However, the listing does not provide slip-resistance testing, compression ratings or information about performance on different subfloors.

For use, position the tiles on a clean, level surface and check that the assembled sections remain securely connected.

Suitability & Buying Guidance

These EVA foam gym floor tiles are marketed for general fitness activities, including yoga, gym training and weightlifting.

They may be considered for home workout areas where a modular foam surface is preferred.

Although weightlifting and running are included in the advertised activities, the supplier does not confirm the tiles' load capacity, impact resistance or suitability for heavy gym equipment.

Do not assume they are suitable for dropped weights, commercial gym installations or high-impact equipment without additional performance information.

The listing also does not specify whether edge-finishing strips are included or whether the tiles can be combined with other brands.
