Features & Benefits

Choice of coir and rubber designs: Select a natural fibre surface, a rubber mat or a combined coir and rubber style.

Dirt-scraping coir fibres: Natural coconut fibres help remove loose dirt from footwear and collect moisture.

Durable rubber options: Rubber mats are described as hard-wearing, weather-resistant and easy to clean.

Anti-slip features: The range is advertised as having slip-resistant properties, although no independent test ratings are supplied.

Decorative patterns: Choose from plain, floral, welcome, criss-cross and other entrance mat designs.

Different thicknesses: Listed options range from 1cm to 2.8cm thick.

Indoor and outdoor suitability: The range is marketed for entrances, porches and patios.

Multiple sizes: Options are available for compact doorways and larger entrance areas.

Natural Coir Mats for Dirt and Moisture Control

The natural coir options are made from coconut fibres, providing a firm surface for wiping footwear.

Coir fibres help scrape loose dirt from shoe soles and can absorb moisture, making them useful for entrances where muddy or damp footwear is common.

The Plain Coir Mat is available in four sizes, ranging from 40 × 60cm to 60 × 100cm, with a listed thickness of 2cm.

For a patterned alternative, the Criss Cross Coir Mat comes in two sizes, both measuring 1.5cm thick.

Rubber Door Mats for Everyday Entrance Use

The rubber options provide an alternative to natural coir, particularly where buyers prefer a rubber surface that is described as easy to clean.

The collection includes the Tuber Rubber Mat, Criss Cross Black Rubber Mat and three Hollow Rubber Mat sizes.

The hollow rubber designs are available in 40 × 60cm, 60 × 80cm and 50 × 100cm. Their thicknesses differ, so check the selected size before purchasing.

The listing describes rubber mats generally as durable, weather-resistant and slip-resistant. However, it does not provide individual weather-resistance or slip-test ratings for these designs.

Decorative Coir and Rubber Entrance Mats

For entrances where appearance is also important, the collection includes several named coir and rubber designs.

The Flower Coir Rubber Mat offers a floral style, while the Welcome Coir Rubber Mat provides a welcoming entrance design. Both are listed in 40 × 60cm with a thickness of 2cm.

The Step Coir Rubber designs are also available in 40 × 60cm, but their thicknesses differ:

Coir & Rubber Step Mat: 2cm thick.

Step Coir Rubber Mat: 2.8cm thick.

These are separate listed options and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Choosing the Right Door Mat

Consider the following before selecting a design.

Entrance dimensions: Measure the available space and compare it with the listed mat size. Larger options may provide more room for wiping footwear.

Door clearance: Thickness ranges from 1cm to 2.8cm. Check the clearance beneath doors that open over the mat.

Surface preference: Choose coir for a fibrous scraping surface or rubber if you prefer one of the listed rubber designs.

Placement: The collection is advertised for indoor and outdoor use, but individual exposure limits are not specified. Check the suitability of the chosen design for uncovered locations.

Floor compatibility: Anti-slip properties are advertised, but grip can depend on the underlying surface. No certified slip-resistance classification is supplied.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The collection is described as easy to clean, although the source does not provide separate care instructions for every design.

For coir mats, regularly removing loose dirt from the fibres is sensible general maintenance. Rubber surfaces may be easier to wipe or rinse, but the permitted cleaning method should be checked for the selected product.

Avoid assuming that every design is machine washable or suitable for pressure washing, as these methods are not confirmed
